Orchid playschool was established in the year 2006, on vijaya dasami, the day that marks the beginning of learning and the day of success. Orchid began with just 5 kids in a room of less than 300 sq.ft. Today we are put up in a 2 storey building in ameerjan street, choolaimedu and also started branches in railway colony-nelson manickam road and MMDA, where all the schools are forwarding towards success and progress with a good strength of staff and children. Our academic year is designed to build positive attitudes and habits by play way and Montessori methods. Our daily 3 hour activity includes songs, dance, yoga, laughing therapy, conversation, games, safety and health education, speaking in the mike, story telling and many more competitions. Most of the children from Orchid have been placed in well reputed schools of Chennai. Orchid Play School is a child centric centre at Chennai Choolaimedu.
